Jana is one of the founders of newgem, europes first NFT marketplace for emerging artists and creators and is responsible for internal procedures and processes. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and good grasp of technical interrelationships. During her career she has gained experience in project work and creation of various apps.

Miguel Neves Franco
Miguel is an experienced Digital Creative Director with 15+ years of experience. He is a jury member, public speaker, and currently works at Superside leading the Web Category. He is also the co-founder of newgem.io, the first European NFT marketplace for emerging artists and creators, and a member of the Founding Collective from greenminingdao.io. Throughout his career, Miguel has worked with many well-known brands.
